Initial Consultation (Online)
This is a one-on-one introductory online consultation, with Dr Minha.
During this focused conversation we will explore what has led you to your current health situation.
We will outline, in detail, the data-led, precision medicine Curaidh® protocol to ensure that this aligns with your medical needs.
You'll complete a comprehensive pre-appointment questionnaire to provide key health insights.
If relevant, please may you send us any previous test details / medical information e.g. scans, blood test results, consultant letters to ensure we make the most of your consultation.
A few details for the Online Consultation appointment are as follows:
- We will go through your history in depth, including the 'blind spots' and putting the pieces together.
- At your Initial Consultation (£475), Dr Minha will be able to advise you on the specialised tests that you may require.
- After the consultation, you will receive an email Proposal, which you can submit to your insurance (if applicable).
- We will be ready to implement your Proposed care plan at the MASTER consultation.
Master Consultation (Online/In-Person)
This is a comprehensive assessment into identifying root causes.
Dr Minha takes an integrative, ecological approach to map out your health journey, connecting patterns, identifying triggers and building a tailored plan designed for lasting change.
- Creation of your Dis-Ease & Wellness Timeline.
- Review of test results to avoid unnecessary repeat testing.
- Discussion of additional diagnostics (if needed), with a cost-conscious approach.
- Immediate steps for healing, plus a tailored care plan.
- GP and specialist collaboration where appropriate.
Follow-Up Consultations (Online/In-Person)
Follow-up consultations are designed to keep your care plan evolving as you do.
These sessions offer structured, ongoing support to track your progress, interpret lab results and refine the strategy based on how your body is responding. Your results guide each change to your plan, the precision medicine principle at the centre of your care.
- Available online or in-person
- Review of test results (urine, stool, saliva, blood) and diagnostic findings.
- Nutrition, lifestyle and therapy adjustments.
- Collaboration with your existing providers and signposting to other relevant colleagues.
- Realistic, achievable strategies tailored to your lifestyle and ideal health outcomes.
