Cancellation & Appointments
How booking, payment, cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling work at Curaidh Clinic.

Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Payment
Full payment is required a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payments should be made by:
- Card Payment Through Your Patient Portal, or
- Bank transfer to: Curaidh Enterprises Ltd, Sort code: 40-16-57, Account number: 71513796
Please use your name as the payment reference so we can match it to your booking.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please do so through the patient portal as early as possible.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. This charge will not apply in exceptional circumstances, which are assessed at the clinic's discretion.

No-shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled through the portal in advance, the full fee will be charged.
Rescheduling
If you need to move your appointment, please use the patient portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and we will do our best to find an alternative. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be treated as a cancellation, and the 50% charge will apply.
