Meet Dr Minha - Integrative Physician

A Personal Journey to Whole-Person Healing

Her journey shaped a clinic designed to do better, for every patient who’s ever felt dismissed, unheard or left without answers.

Her path to integrative medicine began with her own health challenges, experiences that continue to shape the way she cares for others today.

At Curaidh Clinic, we believe you are more than your illness, and medicine is beyond symptoms, uncovering the root cause and embracing healing.

It All Started With a Major Accident

At just 18, a life-changing injury left Dr Minha struggling with her mobility and mental health. Recovery was slow, but transformative. This opened her eyes to the possibility that healing isn’t found in one place. The seed of integrative, patient-first medicine was planted.

The Journey into Integrated Care

Grateful for the care that helped her walk again, Dr Minha trained as a Registered Osteopath and Naturopath in London. But from day one, she didn’t just want to practice medicine… she wanted to practice root cause medicine.

Physician in the Making

While training at the School of Clinical Medicine in Dundee, Dr Minha juggled private practice and academic advocacy. She co-founded the Kenyan Pain Society and contributed to both the British Pain Society and IASP. Helping to amplify voices often overlooked in mainstream pain medicine.

A New Kind of Doctor

But soon after, she was the patient again, facing a debilitating autoimmune illness. She turned back to her roots, reclaiming her health through naturopathic principles.

Food is Medicine. Period.

While undertaking a prestigious NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Rheumatology and General Medicine at Manchester and Cambridge, she was stunned that nutrition was nowhere in the curriculum. She co-founded NNEdPro, starting a campaign to bring evidence-based, food-first education into clinics, classrooms and hospitals worldwide.

Where Systems Fail, She Steps In

Occupational, Disability and Environmental Medicine became her focus—giving her tools to tackle chronic pain, workplace illness, and systemic dysfunction. Her skill for helping those left behind by the system earned her the title ‘The Last Hope Doctor’.

Heal Thyself

Her own health collapsed again. But this time she had the tools. With unbelievable determination, she rebuilt her health through the very principles she now shares with patients. This was no longer academic. It was survival.
