- Workability Wednesday: A day filled with consultations for complex cases, including international patients, highlighting the clinic’s global reach and the power of virtual healthcare.
- Thriving Thursday: Despite a personal injury, she utilises the clinic’s hyperbaric chamber for recovery and leads a multidisciplinary team meeting, emphasising the importance of bridging conventional and innovative care.
- Future-Focused Friday: Dedicated to preparing for keynote presentations and engaging in business development, reflecting on the week’s successes and areas for growth.
- Soulful Saturday: Participation in a rewilding course provides personal rejuvenation, with reflections on integrating nature-based therapies into patient care.
- Service Sunday: Community engagement through charitable activities and preparing homemade ghee, underscoring her holistic approach to health and well-being.
