Dr Minha’s Consultations are carried out in person in Perth, PH2 8EH Scotland or online as mutually agreed.

Dr Minha will invest the time (to prepare for and within your appointment time and research matters in advance of your next appointment).

Your appointment will be personalised to you, to address your health concerns, as we go through your comprehensive history, aiming for a 'root cause' analysis of your dis-ease.

All fees are to be paid a minimum of 12 hours in advance of the appointment

Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours (unless exceptional circumstances are chargeable at 50% of full fees).

The Triage Call: £155 (45 minutes)
This is an opportunity to find out more about the Curaidh Clinic approach and potential benefits for your condition. In order to optimise time, you will be sent a questionnaire to complete in advance of your 30-minute consultation (phone call or via zoom) with Dr Minha.

The Pre-Master Consultation questionnaire: (no additional fees)
This has lots of relevant questions and you are encouraged to complete a diet diary. The questionnaire helps Dr Minha to prepare for your consultation and to ensure we optimise the allocated appointment time. You are also encouraged to write down all your health concerns (specific and general) to ensure we cover these. In case you are taking any medication/ supplements, please include this information.

The Master Consultation: £525 (120 minutes)
We will go through related aspects of your health .. a bit like a timeline, to ‘join the dots.’ Please provide any previous medical records, test results as these can be taken into account and possibly save repeated diagnostic tests etc. As required, Dr Minha will give you informed options about the need for further specialised testing. This is to ensure we are looking at all aspects of your symptoms and to keep this process as cost-effective as possible. In case there is any reason for urgent referral to tests (ruling out organic pathology) with your permission, liaison with your GP and/or any other nominated healthcare providers will be done as part of your care.

The 1st Follow up Consultation: £275 (90 minutes)
This is usually a week later, or brought forward in case there is an acute situation that requires prompt attention (on a case-by-case basis). This can be done by Zoom/ FaceTime/ Whatsapp or as required, in person. Your urine/stool/saliva/ blood samples will be in the lab by this stage. We will focus on the interim ‘holistic plan’ harnessing lifestyle and dietary measures. I aim to provide practical strategies to make this as realistic and implementable as possible.

The 2nd Follow up Consultation: £275 (90 minutes)
This is usually 2 weeks after your Master Consultation. We hope to have received some test results by now. We will ‘fine-tune’ your plan, track progress, further adjusting your protocol. By now, your body would have had a chance to respond to some of the measures and recommendations.

The 3rd Follow up Consultation: £275 (90 minutes)
This is usually 3 weeks after your Master Consultation. At this point, we do a 360 review to track progress and further ‘fine tune’ your plan.

The 4th Follow up Consultation: £275 (90 minutes)
This is usually 4 weeks after your Master Consultation. By this stage, Dr Minha @ Curaidh Clinic is in an objective position to work out the medium to longer-term plan as per individual basis.

NB: Should extensive multi-disciplinary communication, medical reports be required, the fee is an additional @ £275/hour
